When you list your house with Gusteau's Makelaardij, the next steps will be taken:

Intake by one of our representatives
Listing the rental property on many external websites like Pararius and Funda
Offer the rental property to our relations
Organise viewings of the property
Set up a rental agreement in Dutch and/or in English
Collecting the first month rent and deposit
Inspection of the house with check-in and check-out report
No cure No pay
Negotiation on your behalf
Advice
Property Management (if needed)
